LEADERSHIP OF ADOLF HITLER

- “The most precious possession you have in the world is your own people, and for this people, and for the sake of this people, we will struggle and fight. And never slacken, never tire, never lose courage, and never lose faith.” - Adolf Hitler
- These were the truthful and honest things he would mention in his speeches. He knew very well how to convince and persuade the people to continue fighting, he gave courage to the weak, and faith to the lost.
- He had a desired goal and a motive. It was clear that he was determined, and he would stop at nothing. He lacked the ability to make friends and have close relationships, but this did not matter because of his desire to succeed. The way his speeches affected his audiences was his most affective mean of approaching his ideas and viewpoints.
-Hitler’s speeches applied to about everyone. Because of his amazing word choice and leadership he led one of the most amazing armies. At the time Hitler led one of the most powerful armies, the Nazi. In 1941, the army consisted of around 3 million troops; they all followed him.
- The people adored Hitler and everything that he preached. When he talked to his people he didn’t approach them being a snob; he approached them as an equal.
-He talks about how he was just like everyone else and he still is. Unlike leaders now and then who appeared to be more superior than the rest of the country, Hitler makes a stand and makes himself an equal.
- He saved the German country when everything and everyone was failing. Hitler led the Germans to the top; he inspired the weak and helpless.
"Silent night! Holy night!
All is calm, and all is bright
Only the Chancellor steadfast in fight
Watches o’er Germany by day and by night
Always caring for us.
Silent night! Holy night!
All is calm, and all is bright
Adolf Hitler is Germany’s wealth
Brings us greatness, favor and health
Oh give us Germans all power!"
- Many German people at the time believed Hitler was their savior. They relied and depended on him as if he were a god. He brought Germany and its people to the top. A song originally sung for Jesus, who was known for being a savior, was changed for Hitler.
- You can see how he impacted his people enough for them to change a holy song for him. This shows that they thought of him like a savior. Which in a way is true, Germany was ruined after WW1 and it didn't help that the Treaty of Versailles was created. But, Hitler brought their spirets up and gave them faith in themselves and their country.
